Today the DOW Jones may be over 11,000 but main street is still broke. As if we needed more evidence of the continued recession check out this story from Ohio. In a state with unemployment of 11.8% they don't even have enough money to patrol the county roads anymore and more than 800 criminals wait their turn to serve time because the Sheriff doesn't have anyone to guard the crooks.
