Back from Iraq, Frisco soldier finds home sold by HOA

This HOA group is completely heartless and unpatriotic. It is mindbogglingly to me as an attorney how a HOA has this much power in the first place. If someone is behind in paying their fees a lien would be an appropriate remedy not a foreclosure. I sincerely hope that the Clauers are able to get their home back.
