The headline in New York when a similar robbery occurred was "Wendy's massacre killer John Taylor escapes execution". The result of New Yorkers being unable to carry a handgun is that five families have to live everyday without their love ones.
It is worth remembering that Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, now candidate for New York Governor, chose not to fight for justice for these victims by fighting Taylor's appeal of the death sentence.
