Our nation's debt is literally indenturing our children to our international debt holders, but most Americans don't care because they are more concerned about the latest saga involving Snooki on Jersey Shore rather than what really matters, our country’s future.

Petrol strike: Fuel crisis panic buying puts Easter holiday drivers at greater risk of shortages | Mail Online

What would happen in the US if the trucking industry went on strike? It would look something like this.....

Millions of drivers planning Easter getaways could be stranded as panic buying, police closures and profiteering bring chaos to filling stations across the country.

Families usually hit the roads for long weekend breaks from Good Friday to bank holiday Monday but the RAC warned that they could be severely affected by the fuel shortages.
The driving group stressed that 'irresponsible' panic buying was behind the crisis and insisted that traffic on the roads this year would be lighter if it continued.

A spokesman said: 'There's no need for anybody to keep filling up their tanks in this ridiculous manner.'
The spokesman said that drivers filling up their tanks now in preparation for holidays were misguided because the earliest the strike could begin would be on April 11.
'There's a real risk that if the panic buying continues people won't be able to get away for the Easter break.

'The earliest that the strike could be happening would be in the second week of April so there's no need for anybody to be buying extra fuel for the holidays. They need to stop this nonsense.'
