Our nation's debt is literally indenturing our children to our international debt holders, but most Americans don't care because they are more concerned about the latest saga involving Snooki on Jersey Shore rather than what really matters, our country’s future.

Chicago Police Superintendent McCarthy - NRA & Palin are part of govt-sponsored racism

"So here’s what I want to tell you. See, let’s see if we can make a connection here. Slavery. Segregation. Black codes. Jim Crow. What, what did they all have in common? Anybody getting’ scared? Government sponsored racism."

"Now I want you to connect one more dot on that chain of the African American history in this country, and tell me if I’m crazy. Federal gun laws that facilitate the flow of illegal firearms, into our urban centers across this country, that are killing our black and brown children," he said.

"The NRA does not like me, and I’m okay with that. We’ve got to get the gun debate back to center, and it’s got to come with the recognition of who’s paying the price for the gun manufacturers being rich and living in gated communities," McCarthy said.

NAACP leader Hazel Dukes slams "slave master" charter schools - NYPOST.com

Oops. If she was white she would be out of there in a New York minute. However, I am sure she will get an award from the NAACP for lifetime achievement instead.

NAACP leader Hazel Dukes blasted a pro-charter-school parent from The Bronx as "doing the business of slave masters" in a shocking e-mail defending the civil-rights organization's lawsuit against city plans to expand charters.

Dukes made the stunning attack in response to a Hispanic woman who wrote a heartfelt letter urging the civil-rights leader to pull the NAACP out of a lawsuit aimed at blocking the expansion or co-location of 19 charters in city school buildings.

"If you and the NAACP continue on this horrible lawsuit against my daughter's school and the fellow 18 charter schools," Janette Ramos said, "it will not be the best legacy to leave behind."

Ramos's daughter attends kindergarten at Bronx Success Academy charter school.

Dukes issued a terse response.

"You are not a member of the NAACP and don't understand that you are doing the business of slave masters," Dukes said in a June 1 response.

Ramos said Dukes should step down as New York chapter president of the NAACP for using such language.

Racebaiting in Indy results in Officer being injured

Deacon allegedly staged fight to bait IMPD officer

An Indianapolis deacon could soon face charges accused of setting up a fight to see how a white police officer would respond to two African-American men fighting. During that incident, the officer was hurt before organizers put a stop to the demonstration.

Indianapolis —
Investigators are considering pressing charges against James Harrington, an Indianapolis Deacon for reportedly baiting a white officer to see how he would respond to two African-American men fighting.

"Several individuals said to Sgt. Matthew Grimes we were just trying to find out how police would respond to a fight," said Public Safety Director Frank Straub Monday by phone. "Every indication we have is that they set up this officer."

The event took place July 24th at the Municipal Gardens public rec facility on the near north side. Grimes was there to speak to children about diffusing altercations. As Grimes was speaking, the scuffle between the two men reportedly began. Grimes, police say, tried to break up the fight and was pushed to the ground. He was injured, hurting his back.

"In the course of doing the right thing he (Sgt. Grimes) ends up in this confrontation and gets hurt ," said Straub. "I find it to be reprehensible to be honest with you."

"There seems to be two different stories of what happened on that day," said Rev. Charles Harrison with Barnes United Methodist Church.

"I spoke to someone who was at the event and they said it was not staged to taunt the officer. I spoke with someone in the mayor's office and this is what they said. Several of them were actually at the event."

Public Safety Director Straub disputes accusations that the role-playing fight wasn't staged. He said another individual involved, Willard Gupton with the Parks department was suspended following the event. Police say he knew of the staged fight to bait Sgt. Grimes.

James Harrington is a Deacon at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. No one was at the church Monday to respond to questions. Fox59 went by Harrington's house for comment but he was not home Monday.

"Our church had nothing to do with this. Mt. Vernon had no involvement," said Geraldine Tracy a longtime member of Mt. Vernon Baptist church. The event was reportedly put together by Harrington as a youth forum.

"I feel very badly the officer was hurt. James Harrington has been a member of the church a long time. I just don't know what he was thinking, but I won't stand in judgement."

Straub said police and prosecutors are still reviewing if any criminal charges are appropriate in the case.

Reverend Harrison who's been following the story says there has been at least one other recent incident. He says a child acted up to incite officers. When police questioned the boy he told them his family had encouraged him to act up in hopes they could file a lawsuit against the police department.

The incidents follow the controversial arrest of bi-racial teenager Brandon Johnson whose pictures showed his bruised face following an altercation with police. One officer was fired following the incident.

Senator Byrd: Goodbye to the Old Gasbag

While those on the left speak well of this racist, and honor him, the truth is he was a man that no one should remember fondly.

Sgt. Crowley's Fellow Officers Back Him Regardless Of His Race Or Their's

Interesting comments from Sgt. Crowley's partner, Sgt. Leon Lashley, regarding racial tensions and how he is being portrayed in both the press and the African American community. Also some comments from a black female officer regarding the President. I think what is important to note is that these officers all support each other regardless of race. I wish more people in this country, including our President, judged a person based on their character rather than the color of their skin maybe then we can actually remove the true racists that prevent us from healing as a nation.
